Manitoba PNP uses an Expression of Interest (EOI) system to manage the profiles of the immigrants who want to apply for provincial nomination. Immigrants who have applied under MPNP's Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Skilled Worker Overseas, and International Education streams are required to create an EOI profile.
All the EOI profiles are submitted together in the MPNP EOI pool. Manitoba through its frequently held provincial draw invites applications with the highest score to apply for provincial nomination.

After getting submitted into the MPNP EOI pool, your profile will be awarded points based on the credentials like age, language proficiency, level of education, etc. The maximum points are 1000 points.
